1. PURPOSE
The Provider agrees to supply the Client with access to its Prop Solution Technology Platform, enabling the Client to operate, manage, and scale proprietary trading challenges and accounts under its own brand.
2. PLATFORM ACCESS & FEATURES
The FXDashboard Platform includes:
- Admin Dashboard
- Trader Dashboard
- Risk Management Suite
- E-commerce Suite
- Automated Emails & Alerts
- CRM System
- Trading System Integrations
3. PRICING STRUCTURE
3.1: WHITE LABEL MODEL
- Setup Fee: $2,500
- Revenue Share: 50% of Net Revenue
Net Revenue includes:
- Gross Sales
- Discounts
- Refunds
- Payouts to Traders
- $10 per active account/month
Features Included: Brand customization, dedicated support, advanced analytics, priority development, API access, CRM + eCommerce website.
3.2: PAY AS YOU GO MODEL
- Setup Fee: $0
- Revenue Share: 10% of Net Revenue
Features Included: Basic brand customization, admin panel, risk management, AI trader dashboard, automated emails and onboarding.
3.3: INFLUENCER MODEL
- Setup Fee: $500
- Revenue Share: 20% of Sales Revenue
Features Included: Basic brand customization, admin panel, risk management, AI trader dashboard, automated emails and onboarding.
3.4: TECH ONLY MODEL
- Setup Fee: $0
- Revenue Share: 100% of Net Revenue
- STP for winners charged at 10% nominal account balance
User Fees:
- $50 per user
- $100 for 3 users
- $500 for 25 users
- $1,500 for 100 users
- $2,500 for over 250 users
White Label Setup Fee: $2,500
Features Included: Basic brand customization, admin panel, AI trader dashboard, automated emails and onboarding.
White Label includes CRM, eCommerce, AI risk management
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may be made via Stripe, Bank Transfer, or USDT (TRC20).
All fees are non-refundable once activated.
All payments billing in advance.
Payment collected by FXD Payment system.
5. TERM & RENEWAL
The Agreement begins upon activation and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
6. PRODUCT TIERS & RULES
Includes Two-Stage Evaluation, Instant Funding, One-Stage Evaluation, and Three‑Stage Evaluation with respective pricing and rules.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform technology remains the sole property of the Provider. Client receives a non-exclusive license to use under their brand.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to protect all confidential information and user data.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Provider is not liable for trading losses, misuse, or third‑party service interruptions.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By signing or activating platform access, the Client agrees to all terms.
